Terms & Conditions:

• For short stays of 3 days or less, we assess an additional charge of Euro 10 per person and day.
• Bookings for ski courses and  the ski kindergarten are available through our in-house ski instructor.
• For single occupancy of a double room, we charge an additional EURO 50 per day on top of the usual rate for the room in question.
• Dogs only with prior approval. Cleaning Charge: Euro 20 (excl. pet food) per day.
• Garage Parking: Euro 10 per day
• In order to guarantee your booking, we request a deposit of Euro 200 per person via electronic funds transfer to:

• Please note that your room will be available for check-in on your arrival day after 2:00 p.m.; on departure day, please check out of your room by 11:00 a.m.
• Payment Options: cash, EC Card, VISA, MasterCard. Please note, that all external services like skirental, skischool, kindergarden, transferservice need to be paid cash.

Our Cancellation Conditions:

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.  Up to three months prior to scheduled arrival, there are no cancellation penalties; between three months and one month prior to arrival, you will be charged for three days. Within one month of arrival, or in the event of delayed arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge you 80% of the amount for the entire stay.  In all instances, » Austrian Hotel Regulations will apply.  We would be glad to offer you our inexpensive cancellation insurance (please refer to the next item). 

Our Cancellation Insurance: And what if something unexpected crops up? So that your reservation is absolutely risk-free, we are pleased to offer you as a special service the "Hotel Steiner Cancellation Protection". For EUR 3,50 per person (children in additional bed EUR 1,50) and booked vacation day, you have no more worries. Your protection covers: all cancellation charges related to inability of the insuree to travel due to doctor-attested medical reasons, due to accident, illness or other grave events within the family circle. Please notify us if you do NOT wish to take advantage of the "Hotel Steiner Cancellation Protection".
