Our Hotel Steiner has been awarded the seal of approval for workplace health promotion. We are proud of this honour, as it shows that our commitment to a healthy, appreciative and motivating working environment is being recognised.
For us, workplace health promotion means much more than fruit baskets and a few fitness offers. We want to create a place where our team feels physically and mentally comfortable, can recharge their batteries and enjoy their work. That’s why we continuously invest in measures that make everyday life easier, strengthen team spirit and contribute to long-term health.
For us, this award is not an end in itself, but rather a wonderful milestone. It encourages us to continue working with heart and vision to create an environment in which each and every individual can grow. Because only when our team is doing well can we give our guests the warmth, attention and cordiality that define the Hotel Steiner.
We would like to thank everyone who has accompanied us on this journey – and we look forward to taking many more steps together towards health, appreciation and joie de vivre.

Team Herzglut is so important to Hotel Steiner because it sums up our attitude: we are passionate about what we do – more strongly, more warmly and more determinedly than just ‘with blood’. The embers represent passion, solidarity and the special energy that arises when people work together like one big family. Arnold Huber
Chef de cuisine
Our head chef Arnold Huber is a repeat comer, he was already with us in 2006. His profession is his greatest hobby, and he also loves to cook for his loved ones in private. It is very important to him to process regional products. "The end product can only be as good as the ingredients you use for a dish," says Arnold.
Anna Ausweger
Restaurant Manager
Anna is a perpetual recommender, she already stoned as Chef de Rang in 2019. Her greatest hobby is wine, she would love to know everything about her favourite subject, which is why the sommelier exam was so easy for her. Despite her young age, nothing gets her down, her greatest strength is always motivating the staff with her cheerful manner.
Marko Stekic
Deputy Restaurant Manager
Calmness, composure, a sense of humour and reliability, these are just a few of the qualities that set our deputy restaurant manager, Marko, apart. With his positive attitude, his dedication and his eye for detail, he ensures every day that our guests and his colleagues feel completely at ease.
Annabell Mooslechner
Manager mountain spa
Annabell was born in Atlanta. Her father is American and her mother Austrian. Here with us she works as a department manager in the BergSPA. She is a certified therapeutic masseuse, diploma. She is a certified therapeutic masseuse, qualified beautician and chiropodist and can therefore cover our entire wellness spectrum. Her biggest hobby is reading, 400 (!) books a year.
Dragana Babic
Housekeeper
Years of experience, longest employee (more than 15 years) at Hotel Steiner our housekeeper Dragana ensures cleanliness in the house with her team. If she doesn't know the hotel inside out, who does?
Angelina Wascher
Reception management
Friendly, dedicated, reliable and always ready to listen to our guests, these are just a few of the qualities that set our new Head of Reception, Angelina, apart. She has been enriching our Herzglut team as Head of Reception and Bookings since March 2026. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cat and relaxing away from the daily hustle and bustle of the hotel.
Christina Schwaiger
Hotel assistant
As a hotel assistant, Christina works very closely with the hotelier family. She acts as a link between staff, guests and hotel management. Her tasks include registering and deregistering staff, various administrative tasks and coordinating the individual departments.
Dusko Garvic
Janitor
"The man for all occasions" That's our caretaker and house technician Dusko. Snow clearing, luggage service, pool technology and so much more - with his manual dexterity and always with a smile on his face, he ensures that everything always runs smoothly.
