Fasting means …
finally giving you TIME for YOURSELF and subjecting your body to a service. Not just “not eating” but consciously doing without, purifying, detoxifying, cleansing. That feels so good. As a nice side effect, the immune system is really boosted. And one or two kilos fall off by themselves.
Bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Get rid of the rubbish in your head and body and put a lot of nature in. Feel new perceptions and get a clear head. Enough time for breaks, well-being and movement. Doing nothing is also allowed.

- 6 nights at Hotel Steiner – Alkaline fasting for beginners and enthusiasts incl. alkaline fasting food and autophagy (a kind of recycling process in which the body breaks down unneeded, diseased cell components and uses them elsewhere).
- All-day tea bar in our BergSPA
- One feel-good treatment from our BergSPA range (25 minutes)
- Moving into the morning
- Impulse lectures on fasting, nutrition and eating afterwards
- Enjoy a daily liver wrap with a mud pack
- daily nature bathing and feeling the healing power of the mountains and forest during an exercise session in the mountains of Obertauern
- a guided herbal hike through Obertauern
- Theme day: recreate your visions and goals

Prices are valid for the dates listed and not in comination with extended bookings. Prices are per person/stay. The FULL BOARD deluxe starts on arrival day with lunch and ends on departure day with breakfast.
Kids are calculated with FULL BOARD deluxe only.

- ENJOY breakfast buffet with fresh egg dishes from the show kitchen from 7.30-10.00 a.m.
- Late riser a la carte breakfast from 10.00 – 12.00 hrs
- Lunch buffet with salad and antipasti, soup, various main courses from the show kitchen as well as cakes and desserts from 12.00 – 16.30 hrs
- Sweet and sour snack at the bar from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Served 6-course GENUSS menu in the evening from 6.30 p.m. onwards
- Children’s buffet during holiday periods or children’s menu
- Daily regional and international cheese buffet
- Allergy menus or products, vegan menus
- A perfectly assorted wine cellar – and in addition a wine list with over 600 positions
