Just me and my child for a change. Feel the mummy love, strengthen the mummy-baby bond and enjoy the time. Whether with the baby in your belly or already in your arms. Cuddling together or taking a little walk in the fresh air - it's a great way to sleep. Liz Pantoi (breastfeeding counsellor, pre & postnatal yoga teacher, early life care expert, ....) will be on hand to chat with you and you can also enjoy a round of baby yoga with your child. Treat yourself to some quiet time during pregnancy or even some exclusive mum+baby time!
