Float. Flying. Grounding that stays. During our 4 Steiner Yoga Days, Christina Stambula will guide you into the world of Kundalini Yoga. In this wonderful time-out, the spirit learns to fly, body and soul come back into harmony and you return to everyday life grounded.
Relaxing hikes through the mountains of Obertauern and nature and forest bathing combined with meditations, sauna infusions and guided fantasy journeys form a wonderful complement to this special time out. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
