Deposit

For a definite reservation we kindly ask for a deposit of 30%, which can be made by bank transfer or via credit card.

Garage

We kindly ask you to book your garage with your reservation. EUR 20.00/day.

Single use supplement for double rooms or suites EUR 50.00 per day.

Please be informed that all external services, such as ski lessons, babysitting, transfer need to be payed in cash.

For dinner cancellation we refund EUR 8.00 per person/day
For breakfast cancellation we refund EUR 8.00 per person/day

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation the booking is subject to the Austrian hotel regulations:
For cancellations up to three months before arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
From 3 months till 1 month before arrival 40% of the total amount
From 1 month till 1 week before arrival 70% of the total amount.
A cancellation within one week before arrival 90% of the total amount.
In case of early departure or later arrival, 100% will be charged. Cancellations are only possible in writing.

Lift passes

Lift passes can be ordered at reception until the evening for the next day and will be booked on your room bill. For any reduction of lift passes a valid document is necessary.

Pets

Pets need to booked in advance. We do charge EUR 50.00 per day cleaning supplement.

General local tax € 2.00 per night and person (persons up to the age of 15 are exempt)
