For fixed bookings, 30% of the total tour price will be charged as a deposit, which you can easily pay via secure credit card link. You are also welcome to pay by bank transfer (please quote the reservation number – bank details can be found below).

If you would like a cab as a transfer from Salzburg Airport, we will be happy to organize a cab company for you (one way for € 235,00 for up to eight people).

Please just let us know as soon as you know the arrival and departure times.

Collective cab:

Since many of our guests arrive in Salzburg at similar times, we try to combine the booked private transfers with a maximum of 8 people and thus also minimize the costs for each person.

You can travel comfortably by train to Radstadt station.

Then take bus no. 280 in the direction of Tamsweg and get off at the bus stop Obertauern Passhöhe.
We will be happy to pick you up there free of charge.

As a guest with the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport from your arrival in SalzburgerLand.

The new ticket for all overnight guests in the province of Salzburg is valid for all public transport in SalzburgerLand for the duration of your stay. The Guest Mobility Ticket is valid on city transport, regional bus services, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, long-distance trains and Salzburg Transport shuttles. You will receive the ticket electronically as a wallet or as a PDF directly at check-in or at pre-check-in at your accommodation in the province of Salzburg.

For breakfast cancellation we refund EUR 8.00 per person/day

In case of cancellation the booking is subject to the Austrian hotel regulations:
For cancellations up to three months before arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
From 3 months till 1 month before arrival 40% of the total amount
From 1 month till 1 week before arrival 70% of the total amount.
A cancellation within one week before arrival 90% of the total amount.
In case of early departure or later arrival, 100% will be charged. Cancellations are only possible in writing.

Lift passes can be ordered at reception until the evening for the next day and will be booked on your room bill. For any reduction of lift passes a valid document is necessary.

Pets need to booked in advance. We do charge EUR 50.00 per day cleaning supplement.
