There is one area where it is completely quiet. Where everyone walks more quietly (if at all), where at most people whisper (if at all) and the rustling of a magazine page is one of the loudest noises: In the quiet rooms Temple of Light and Cosy Oasis. There it happens that the pleasant scents of the fragrance lamps carry you so far away that you can’t get enough of them.

The Steiner Sauna World is a hot place (from 16 years), where you can choose what you feel like: whether it’s the classic Finnish sauna, the less hot bio sauna, the tepidarium, the Roman hot stones, the steam bath or the rock crystal grotto.

After a day in the fresh mountain air, even the little ones are happy to warm up and all this is also possible in our family area in the BergSPA.
In the family sauna it can be a bit louder and of course you can keep your bikini and swimming trunks on.
Laughter is also the motto in the Sole Lounge, where you can really take a deep breath.

You would think that the mountains, the nature out there in Obertauern, would be the best training equipment ever. No matter whether you’re rocking the slopes in winter or hiking around in summer. Hours and hours of all kinds of opportunities to get your muscles in shape.
And yet many guests not only seek the far away – in the mountains – but also love to be close by – in their own fitness room in the hotel. To balance, perhaps to adjust. May the exercise be successful: on the new equipment for cardio and strength training. Which will certainly have an effect not only on fitness but also on appetite. May it be granted to you from the bottom of our hearts.
