Every step
makes you fit?
Or what was that?
On unpaved paths and in varied terrain, trail running in Obertauern improves your health with every metre, as the mountainous terrain not only improves your coordination and responsiveness. Due to its location at 1,640 metres above sea level, it also sustainably increases well-being. As the Austrian Moderate Altitude Study (AMAS) Altitude Study I and II shows, this is the case at an altitude of between 1,500 and 2,500 metres.
