I accompany people on their fasting process and love this work very much.

It’s wonderful to see how fasting people feel better and better, how enthusiastically they go out into nature with me and experience the wonders of creation.

It is always important for me to strike a balance between moving and calming down. Liver wraps, the pampering treatments in the hotel, the wellness oases, saunas – everything contributes to well-being.

We move every day – Indian Balance is a form of movement that brings us into balance in the morning. We activate ourselves by breathing, stretching, strengthening and at the same time training our back and fasciae. Indian Balance also means moving the body while the soul rests and fits in wonderfully with lent.
