During this special break, you can let go, take a deep breath and feel yourself anew. Your mind will calm down, your body will find balance and you will draw new energy for everyday life. Accompanied by meditations, healing breathwork sessions and soothing yoga sessions, a holistic experience emerges – supported by the Obertauern mountains.

Between yoga sessions, there is time for what strengthens and inspires: relaxed hikes, guided forest bathing, nature meditations or warming sauna infusions invite you to enjoy your break with all your senses.

The FULL BOARD deluxe starts on arrival day with lunch and ends on departure day with breakfast.

- ENJOY breakfast buffet with fresh egg dishes from the show kitchen from 7.30-10.00 a.m.
- Late riser a la carte breakfast from 10.00 – 12.00 hrs
- Lunch buffet with salad and antipasti, soup, various main courses from the show kitchen as well as cakes and desserts from 12.00 – 16.30 hrs
- Sweet and sour snack at the bar from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Served 6-course GENUSS menu in the evening from 6.30 p.m. onwards
- Children’s buffet during holiday periods or children’s menu
