Float. Flying. Grounding. During our 4 Steiner Yoga Days, Christina Stambula will guide you into the world of Kundalini Yoga. In this wonderful time-out, the spirit learns to fly, body and soul come back into harmony and you return to everyday life grounded.
Relaxing hikes through the mountains of Obertauern and nature and forest bathing combined with meditations, sauna infusions and guided fantasy journeys form a wonderful complement to this special time out. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

- ENJOY breakfast buffet with fresh egg dishes from the show kitchen from 7.30-10.00 a.m.
- Late riser a la carte breakfast from 10.00 – 12.00 hrs
- Lunch buffet with salad and antipasti, soup, various main courses from the show kitchen as well as cakes and desserts from 12.00 – 16.30 hrs
- Sweet and sour snack at the bar from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
- Served 6-course GENUSS menu in the evening from 6.30 p.m. onwards
