On November 28, Die Fantastischen 4 will take the stage at the Ö3 concert against the backdrop of Obertauern’s mountains.
Die Fantastischen Vier—Smudo, Thomas D, Michi Beck, and And.Ypsilon—have been the leading figures of German-language hip-hop for over three decades and are coming to Obertauern on November 28, 2026.
In 1991, the Stuttgart-based group released “Jetzt Geht’s Ab,” the first German-language hip-hop album—laying the foundation for an entire genre. A year later came “Die da!?!?”, the first German-language rap track to storm the Top Ten of the charts and play on repeat on the radio. What followed is music history: Hits like “MFG,” “Troy,” “Sie ist weg,” “Tag am Meer,” and “Zusammen” became the soundtrack for entire generations. Over four decades, more than a thousand concerts, and countless chart-topping hits later, Die Fantastischen Vier are still the same four originals who helped hip-hop break through in Germany.
